Overview
Torcello is a 2025 coffee table by Antonio Citterio. Its circular ceramic top sits on a crossed metal structure that Flexform describes as sturdy yet lightweight.
Construction
The base is metal with an epoxy powder-coat finish. The top is ceramic, while the feet rest on adjustable feet made of thermoplastic material.
Specifications
Representative code: 02D661, small table H.48. Dimensions: 47 cm diameter × 48 cm high. The coffee-table top is offered in five named colours, and the structure has burnished, glossy anthracite, matt titanium 710 and fifteen named colour finishes.
Story
Geometry and proportion
Flexform presents Torcello through clean lines and well-balanced proportions. Its geometric austerity gives the circular top and crossed base a clear visual relationship, while the powder-coated steel structure keeps the table sturdy yet lightweight.
A ceramic coffee-table top
For the coffee-table version, Flexform specifies a ceramic top in oat, oyster, grey blue, moss green or brick. The technical sheet shows two small-table codes: 02D661 at 48 cm high and 02D663 at 55 cm high, both with a 47 cm circular plan.
