Tape Cord Outdoor Chair (Minotti)

Overview

Tape Cord Outdoor extends nendo's Tape seating language to exterior spaces. This page covers two little-armchair depths; the 59 x 64 x 83 cm version is the representative specification.

Structure

Tubular stainless steel forms the back and arms, with a polished Bronze anti-fingerprint finish and a covering of 5 mm wicker-effect braided fibre. The wooden seat uses elastic webbing with a high natural-rubber content beneath variable-density polyurethane foam.

Cushions and Base

Seat and back cushions combine resilient foam with water-repellent viscose fibre inside protected polyester casings. The covers detach completely, while adjustable stainless-steel legs end in black polyethylene glides.

The Tape Detail Outdoors

The ribbon-like connector associated with the Tape family becomes a Bronze-coloured metal plate on the exterior seating. The outdoor version enlarges and deepens the seats while retaining that fastening detail.
