Overview
The Tambour Set of 2 Chairs is a Ligne Roset set of two chairs designed by Oleg Pugachev. Each chair has a back in natural caning and a seat upholstered in Alcantara Slate Black, on a black stained ash base with a satin finish. The chair measures H 805 x W 430 x D 530 mm, and the seat height is 465 mm.
Construction
The base is black stained ash with a satin finish. The seat is FR polyurethane foam (30 kg/m³, 6.3 kPa) upholstered in Alcantara Slate Black, and the back is natural caning. The set is supplied with 4 fitted black pads and 4 felt pads in a plastic bag.

Story
A back in natural caning
Tambour is a chair and bench in natural caning. The woven back of the chair is natural rattan from a liana palm, a flexible and light material, with tightly spaced braids that offer impressive resistance.
Seat and base
The chair stands on a black stained ash base with a satin finish. Its seat is FR polyurethane foam of 30 kg/m³ and 6.3 kPa, upholstered in Alcantara Slate Black, and four fitted black pads are supplied with the set.
