Description

Overview

For Minotti, nendo draws Sandy Dining as a small armchair scaled for outdoor tables. A continuous aluminium line moves from armrest into seat and backrest above a geometric base. The chair measures 62 x 71 x 84 cm.

Structure

The aluminium structure receives a glossy, fingerprint-resistant polyester powder finish formulated for exterior use, offered in five manufacturer-listed colours.

Cushions

The two cushions use resilient polyurethane foam together with viscose fibre. Water-repellent polyester casings, zippers and thread protect the cushions, whose covers are completely removable.

Story

A Continuous Gesture

The Sandy family begins with a ribbon-like line: one end forms the armrest while the other extends into the seat and backrest. Flat elements and ultra-slim legs establish the more rigorous base beneath it.

Outdoor Use

Minotti conceived the aluminium seating family for continued exterior placement in homes and hospitality projects. Teak frogs attach the joined seat and back cushions to the frame.
