Story
A Stool That Turns With You
Ransmeier's own studio describes Revolver, dated 2011, as a four-legged rotating bar stool in which a ball bearing in the lower ring makes the foot rest turn together with the seat, "a surprising yet functional experience". HAY says the rotating feature, while altering appearance, lends a sense of play to a functional design.
Two Heights
The studio lists seat heights of 76 cm and 65 cm. HAY's variant pages give overall heights of H76 and H65.
