Story
Designed for Reale Mutua, Turin
Zanotta states that Reale was designed for the offices of the Reale Mutua insurance firm in Turin. Zanotta re-edited the table in 1990 as part of its research into recovering objects from the past.
A skeleton that slots together
Zanotta describes a compact, transparent skeleton in which every element fits the others through precise, custom-designed metal joints, with a crystal top that seems to frame it.
