Story

A nautical reference

Poliform presents the Ponte collection as drawing on the elegance of the nautical world. Emmanuel Gallina is credited with the design, dated 2025 on the armchair's technical list.

Frame and rope

The collection text singles out the architectural, bridge-like structure of the armchairs and sofas, which it says gives visual lightness together with a sense of solidity. On the armchair that structure is solid teak, with a woven rope backrest.
