Description
Overview
Pixel Lounge builds modular arrangements from upholstered units, occasional surfaces, rotating worktops and electrical access. Knoll lists armchairs, settees, sofas, benches and larger linear or shaped configurations.
Construction
Seats use high-density synthetic polyester foam over a plywood bottom. Backs and arms use high-density foam molded over steel frames, while steel tubing forms the beams. Textile seats can carry woven-cotton reveal tape around cushion, back and arm edges.
Representative configuration
The example shown by Knoll measures 80.75 inches wide, 32 inches deep and 29.5 inches high, with a 17-inch seat height and 24-inch arm height.
