Story
A large diameter tube
Magis describes Pipe as an essential chair built around an aluminium tube structure. In the Magis catalogue Jasper Morrison says that he chose a large diameter tube and that the structure is very rigid.
Beech plywood for indoor use
In this version the seat and back are beech plywood, light or dark, and the Magis page marks both frame and seat combinations for indoor use. A version with arms exists alongside the chair without arms.
