Construction
The load-bearing structure is a metal frame with birch plywood parts, and the armrests are solid beech and birch plywood. The seat is suspended on zigzag springs and padded with differentiated-density polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. A round flat steel base, satin or matt black lacquered, carries a mechanism that turns the armchair through 360°. Each armrest has an outside pocket for small objects.

Story
A first for Poltrona Frau
The sheet presents the Pillow as the first time the company offers its own elegant, comfortable interpretation of a reclining chair. The page calls it the most complete aesthetic and functional expression of the reclinable seat, a place for a little "me time".
Three versions, one headrest
Pillow comes as a manual, an electric mains-powered or a rechargeable-battery armchair. In the manual version the backrest and footrest open and close together as the sitter presses back, and a lever beside the seat cushion gives the backrest extra inclination. The two electric versions have two independent motors for the backrest and footrest. In every version the headrest tilts by hand, independently of the backrest.
