Story
The Paustian Modular Sofa
Erik Rasmussen designed the sofa in 1969, and it was first known as the Paustian Modular Sofa. Montana relaunched it as Paradigm in 2025, keeping to the original design while retaining its functionality and flexibility.
Modules that can be separated again
Corner modules, a middle module and an ottoman are joined by linking brackets and can be combined, expanded or separated as the needs of the space change. A removable cover lets the sofa be refreshed and maintained over the years.
