Story

An armchair from 1992

Massimo Iosa Ghini designed the Papy Bergere for Moroso in 1992. He graduated from the Politecnico di Milano, founded the Bolidismo cultural movement and was part of Ettore Sottsass' Memphis group.

Fixed covers within a collection of removable ones

The Big Mama collection has removable fabric covers, with the exception of the Papy armchairs and the leather versions. The Papy Bergere therefore keeps its upholstery fixed, on a wood frame with a non-reversible seat cushion and beech feet.
