Description
Overview
Palette JH7 is a lounge table by Jaime Hayon, dated 2015 by the page and the fact sheet. Hayon took Alexander Calder's kinetic sculptures as the starting point and turned the idea of a mobile into a table, stabilised by a metal armature. On the page, the Manufacturer entry reads "Produced in Poland" with BRICpro as the company.
Construction
The base is welded, powder-coated steel tube, finished in black. The tops are laser-cut satin polished brass, polished Nero Marquina marble and stained ash or walnut veneer. Plastic gliders are fitted.

Story
From a mobile to a table
The page says Palette was inspired by Alexander Calder's kinetic sculptures: Hayon transformed the idea of a mobile into a table.
