Overview
The Mogensen 3236 Chair is an upholstered dining chair designed by Børge Mogensen in 1956 for Fredericia. The manufacturer calls it Mogensen's evolution of his rush seat chair J39, dimensioned as a generously proportioned upholstered dining chair.
Construction
Fredericia lists a solid wood frame and a molded veneer back, the back's core being the same wood as its top veneer. For the seat it gives a plywood core, HR or CMHR foam and a fabric or leather cover.
