Overview
Mobil 3 drawers with feet (code 2011) is a chest of drawers by Antonio Citterio with Oliver Löw for Kartell. Mobil is a system of storage units for the home and the office, built from a basic drawer element alternated with intermediate shelves and tops.
Construction
The frame is chrome-plated steel. The container and shelves are batch-dyed thermosetting material with scratch-proof and knock properties, according to the data sheet. Mobil can be fitted with comfortable handles.

Story
From home storage to desk drawer unit
Mobil is storage for the whole home and for the office. Named rooms are the bedroom, living room, bathroom and study, and in the office it serves as a desk drawer unit for stationery and documents. A Mobil can be a chest of drawers with two to six drawers, set on castors or on fixed feet.
Compasso d'Oro 1994
Antonio Citterio's collaboration with Oliver Löw for Kartell produced the Mobil drawer units, which Kartell's Museo timeline records as winning the Compasso d'Oro award in 1994. The Mobil data sheet carries the Compasso d'Oro 1994 mark.
