Overview
The Mini Bottle Lido by Barber Osgerby is the outdoor-collection ceramic service table of Cappellini, carrying the Mini Bottle conceived in 2008 into outdoor environments.
Construction
Its body is worked by hand from refractory ceramic, finished matt satined white, with black felt underneath. Master ceramic craftsmen shape each piece by hand, so small colour differences between tables are expected and counted as an added value. The structure comes in one finish only.
Specifications
45 x 45 x 42 cm (BTL4CE).
Story
Ceramic for outdoor use
Cappellini explains that the Mini Bottle service table has been conceived in ceramic since 2008, a material that is by nature particularly resistant even in outdoor environments. The Lido version, in matt white ceramic with a satin finish, follows from that choice.
Handmade by ceramic masters
Master ceramic craftsmen make it by hand, and irregularities or slight colour differences count as an added value. Cappellini places the outdoor range on verandas, balconies and terraces that are covered.
