Description

Overview

Kartell credits Lillybet to Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba. The bouclé chair in Light blue/Blue, code 05855AY, is the one on the Kartell page. The Lillybet data sheet is a family sheet headed 2026 and Lillybet was shown at Salone del Mobile 2026, while Kartell's Salone del Mobile 2025 page already presents a Lillybet chair in floral jacquard.

Construction

The frame is technopolymer from recycled thermoplastic, with mineral filler, in a glossy finish; the leaflet adds that it is coloured through the mass. The seat is fabric-upholstered polyurethane, and the leaflet states that the fabric cover is not removable. The bouclé fabric on this page has a printed composition of 100% PL and a Martindale value of 80000, and the page marks it flameproof.

Specifications

The drawing for code 5855 gives 49 cm wide, 54 cm deep and 82 cm high and 7.00 kg. The heights are not labelled on the sheet drawing. The sheet lists four bouclé colour combinations of frame, piping and seat.

Story

The bouclé version

The Kartell page for this chair names bouclé as its covering and prints the composition as 100% PL with a Martindale value of 80,000. The covering carries a flameproof label, and four colours are offered on the page.

Chair and armchair on one sheet

The data sheet draws the armless chair, code 5855, after the armchair, code 5854, which has its own shop page. The chair is 49 cm wide on the drawing and weighs 7.00 kg, a kilogram less than the armchair.
