Story
The Lunar Excursion Module reference
Lapalma connects the LEM name to the Lunar Excursion Module that landed on the Moon in 1969. Its official family text says the stool was born in 2000 and relates the design to lightness, absence of gravity and a profile containing only essential functions.
A family of stool variants
The same official text presents height-adjustable, self-aligning and fixed versions for indoor and outdoor use. The S80 reviewed here is the powder-coated, height-adjustable model, and Lapalma marks the LEM family for its Quick Ship programme.
