Description

Overview

Patrick Norguet designed Kobo in 2023. The coffee-table range translates the same substantial top-and-leg relationship into five compact and low formats.

Construction

A veneered top sits over turned solid-wood legs with internal metal supports. Metal feet rest on thermoplastic tips; the 170 × 100 cm version includes reinforcing inserts.

Specifications

Representative code: 02B265. Dimensions: 170 × 100 × 35 cm. The other drawings cover 40- and 54-centimetre squares, a 100-centimetre square and a 130 × 80 centimetre rectangle.

Story

Five occasional formats

The coffee-table sheet moves from 40 and 54 cm squares to larger square and rectangular footprints. All retain the direct top-over-leg construction, while their heights divide the group into compact side-table and low coffee-table proportions.

Reinforced long version

The official specification singles out the 170 × 100 cm coffee table for reinforcing metal inserts. Code 02B265 carries that footprint in the drawing. The 54-centimetre square is the only drawing at 45 centimetres high.
