Joyn 2 Meet

Overview

Joyn 2 Meet is the conference-table member of Vitra's Joyn 2 system. Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec created this 2023 design for formats ranging from two-person tables through versions for ten, at sitting or standing height and on glides or castors.

Configurations

Meet supports circular, square and rectangular tops in a range from 120 × 80 cm to 900 × 180 cm. Castored versions support mobile arrangements, while glide versions can conceal electrification cables in the legs.

Specifications

The representative circular standing-height table measures Ø1200 × H1100 mm. Official drawings also show sitting-height and larger rectangular versions.

From Joyn to Joyn 2 Meet

The Bouroullec brothers developed the original Joyn system with Vitra in 2002 after the family table in their childhood home in Brittany. Shared oversized surfaces established a place for communication and teamwork. Joyn 2 extends that idea with current office functions, and Meet gives the platform a dedicated conference-table expression.

A distinct meeting member

Vitra positions Joyn 2 Meet alongside the Platform and Touchdown versions. Meet covers gatherings for two to ten people, with seated and standing heights and a choice between stable glides and mobile castors.
