Overview
Isabel is a 2013 armless chair by Carlo Colombo. Cowhide covers the metal, plywood and polyurethane-foam structure, including the legs, and the backrest curves around the sitter without becoming an armrest.
Construction
An epoxy powder-coated metal structure combines with plywood and polyurethane foam. The chair rests on thermoplastic pads and is upholstered in hide leather, for which the official page lists ten named colours.

Story
The armless member

Cowhide across the whole chair
The page says the chair is clad entirely in cowhide, including its legs. The enveloping back rises from a compact footprint while the internal specification combines metal, plywood and polyurethane foam.
