Story
Visitor and conference seating
Vitra introduces Grand Conference as a visitor and conference chair designed by Antonio Citterio, pairing extraordinary comfort with an impressive, dignified appearance. The fixed seat height and the shock-absorbing seat suspension distinguish it from the swivel office versions of the range.
V-Foam
The upholstery foam is named V-Foam on the product page. The factbook says it was developed jointly by Vitra and BASF, can be melted and returned to the material cycle, and is not used in the UK because British fire safety rules would require fire retardants.
