Story
An evolution of a design theme
The Molteni&C datasheet introduces Glove-Up as the evolution of a rigorous design theme, featuring sinuous, moulded and softly linked lines. It describes a balance of forms in which the fluid line of the backrest flows into the lightness of the legs.
Chair or small armchair
The datasheet calls it an inviting chair or small armchair, upholstered in fabric or leather, and says this makes Glove-Up fun and versatile for any classic or contemporary setting. The page says the piece balances softness and structure while keeping a sculptural silhouette, and that its proportions and detailing suit intimate corners as well as a larger dining or living arrangement.
