Overview
Giuno is a 2024 small armchair by Calvi Brambilla. Zanotta offers it with either a fixed base or a swivel base, and describes its enclosing seat as particularly comfortable.
Construction
The steel structure is covered with self-extinguishing polyurethane foam. Regenerated and regenerable polyester balls fill the separate seat cushion, and the external fabric cover can be removed.
Specifications
Model 2040 is shown at 62 x 59 x 82 cm. The drawing also marks a separate 46 cm vertical value.
Geschichte
Enveloping seating
Zanotta presents Giuno as a fully upholstered armchair whose seat curves around the sitter and rises slightly at the sides. The company also places it in a dining-chair context while retaining the small-armchair designation on the page and sheet.
Fixed and rotating versions
The same model is available on a stationary base or with rotation. Both versions share the steel framework, self-extinguishing foam around the structure, regenerated-polyester seat filling and removable textile cover.
