Description
Overview
The 2009 Fly Table by Antonio Citterio adapts the Fly metal support to dining-height tops. Flexform publishes round, oval and rectangular plans as well as two extendable rectangular versions.
Construction
Wood veneer and marble options are assigned by code, with six metal finishes for the frame. Thermoplastic tips meet the floor.
Specifications
Representative code: 014X84. Dimensions: 200 × 100 × 74 cm. Nine table codes appear across the two official drawing pages. Two rectangular codes add extension leaves to the fixed formats.
Story
Dining-height formats
The dining record develops Fly through circular, oval and rectangular plans. The official drawings include fixed and extendable rectangular versions as well as two oval dining-table codes.
Code-specific surfaces
Flexform attaches material restrictions to particular articles. The table specification identifies wood-only codes, two marble-only dining codes and separate veneer, lacquer and marble choices for code 14X88.
