Fill Nightstand

Overview

The Fill nightstands by Hannes Peer add to the Fill coffee tables, which are distinguished by monobloc volumes with a total absence of edges. Each nightstand has an exterior drawer that conceals a smaller interior drawer for small items, and the outside comes in glossy lacquer in a variety of shades.

Construction

The structure is MDF, 25 mm thick, with rounded corners (40 mm radius curve) and a glossy lacquer finish. Inside, the drawers are ash with an open-pore lacquer, and their bottoms are clad in saddle-hide. They open by push and pull and slide on full-extension runners that close with Blumotion. A 12 mm thick MDF base in matt black lacquer carries the nightstand on protective felt glides, and ABS foot pads 15 mm high come with it for placing it on a rug.
