Description
Overview
Enki Armchair is the armchair of Evangelos Vasileiou's Enki range for Ligne Roset. Its round matt black lacquered steel legs come in two heights, 10 cm or 13 cm, which set the seat height at 41 cm or 44 cm.
Construction
The armrests and backrest are 3-layer particleboard and MDF, and the seat is mechanically-soldered steel with rods of multi-ply. Panels are clad in polyether foam and high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam, and the whole structure carries 200 g/m² polyester quilting. The legs are round, 20 mm in diameter. The back cushion measures 60 x 41 cm and is filled with goose feathers and down over a 3 mm ABS rear reinforcement. Covers are removable.

An armchair in the Enki range
Evangelos Vasileiou designed the Enki armchair as one of the stand-alone pieces of his first seating for Ligne Roset. Its leg height can be chosen, 10 cm or 13 cm, so the seat sits at 41 cm or 44 cm above the floor.
Quilted structure and loose back cushion
The armrests and backrest are built in particleboard and MDF and the seat in mechanically-soldered steel, all wrapped in foam and polyester quilting. A single back cushion of 60 x 41 cm, filled with goose feathers and down, sits against the backrest, and the covers can be removed.
