Overview
OEO Studio's Carmel Bistro Lounge Table places a 75 × 75 cm ceramic top at lounge height. GUBI presents the compact table for both interior and exterior settings and for occasions ranging from informal meetings to more formal use.
Surface and Base
Italian stoneware forms the top, finished in a smooth high-gloss glaze applied by hand before firing. The support is an assembly of four semi matt stainless-steel legs.

A Lower Bistro Format
The lounge-height Carmel table carries OEO Studio's Carmel design into a lower format. It retains the 75 × 75 cm tabletop while setting the overall height at 63 cm.
Glaze and Firing
GUBI explains that the glaze is sprayed onto the ceramic as it dries, before the top enters the furnace. Minerals added to the surface contribute to the lustre and depth that distinguish the two published tabletop colourways.
