Overview
Camargue, by Antonio Citterio, is a Flexform outdoor sofa that the manufacturer dates to 2022. The manufacturer says the properties of aluminium let the Camargue pieces sit anywhere outdoors, on a covered patio or terrace as well as in a garden or around a pool.
Construction
The structure is aluminium with a smooth or embossed epoxy powder-coat finish. Seat cushions have a polyester-fibre fill and a crushproof single-density insert under water-repellent fabric, and the seat and backrest upholstery is removable. The feet rest on thermoplastic tips.
Specifications
- Code 02A6A3 Sofa: 130 x 75 x 78 cm
Story
Aluminium for any outdoor setting
Flexform describes the Camargue structures as made of aluminium, a material that is extremely weather-resistant, so they do not need to be covered. Most of the components used in the seating elements can be recycled.
Rounded corners, simple workmanship
The page says the structure shows enveloping lines and rounded corners, a seemingly simple workmanship that requires expert artisan skills. The line is stackable and spans small armchairs, armchairs and sofas.
