Camargue Outdoor Armchair

Overview

The Camargue armchair is an outdoor seat designed by Antonio Citterio for Flexform in 2022. The Camargue line also includes small armchairs and sofas, and is meant for private homes and the hospitality field.

Construction

The structure is aluminum with an epoxy powder-coat finish. The seat cushion is polyester fiber with a crushproof single-density insert, and the backrest cushion is polyester fiber, both in water-repellent fabric. Thermoplastic tips sit under the feet, and the seat cushion upholstery is removable fabric.

Aluminum made for outdoor use

Aluminum is extremely weather-resistant, so the Camargue pieces sit in a garden or around a pool as well as on a covered patio or terrace.

Lightweight and stackable

The Camargue seating elements are practical and lightweight, with enveloping lines and rounded corners that call for expert artisan skills. The line, which includes the armchairs, is stackable.
