Description
Overview
AutoStrada is a comprehensive workplace system organized around four planning modes: spine-based, storage-based, wall-based and table-based. Knoll presents these modes as one visually consistent system for open offices, private offices, meeting spaces and shared work settings.
Construction
The system combines furniture with interior architecture. Its official palette includes veneer, anodized metal, traditional finish choices and glass. Power and data can be carried within the spine, while wall-mounted supports accept shelving, storage and work surfaces.
Components
AS-1 forms spine-based workstations; AS-2 uses storage to define work areas; AS-3 supports wall-based planning; and AS-4 uses the Crinion Open Table for continuous shared work surfaces.
