Overview
The Aurora Due bed with storage by Tito Agnoli is the Aurora Due bed fitted with a storage unit under the bed base. It is made for a 170 x 200 cm mattress and is upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather. Its SKU is 5353374.
Construction
- Headboard: solid seasoned beech, padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding
- Base: poplar plywood sides and footboard, lightly padded in polyurethane foam
- Storage: reached from the front footboard by lifting the bed base with two leather handles that operate a gas spring mechanism
- Storage support: MDF panels faced with decorative linen-effect ecru melamine
- Metal parts: midbeam, corner plates and other accessories in white coated steel sheet, with felt pads that protect the bedstead bases
- Cover: not removable

Story
A storage unit in the Aurora Due bed
The storage unit is a version of the Aurora Due bed that houses a large storage compartment. The compartment opening is offered as an inclined front or as a horizontal and slanting opening.
Two lifting mechanisms
Two lifting mechanisms give access to the storage space. The single movement raises the bed base to a sloping position, and the double movement raises it to a sloping or a horizontal position in a single movement. Both are worked with the two leather handles and gas springs.
