Description

Modular workplace structure

Antenna Workspaces begins with a table and adds linking, partitions, storage and power components to form desks and workstations. Desks may connect side by side, while return surfaces can create L-shaped or U-shaped arrangements.

Planning elements

Extended rails support cabinets, extension tops and other components. Back-to-back tables can share legs and a compact centre beam in a larger collaborative setting.

Story

A table at the centre

Knoll's brief asked Antenna Design for one straightforward structure that could support private offices, individual workstations and meeting settings. The designers developed a modular leg-and-top system with components and connections intended to increase flexibility while limiting the number of parts.

Connected settings

The resulting system ranges from focused desks to linked shared work areas. Return surfaces, extended rails and shared legs adapt the core table for individual positions or larger collaborative arrangements.
