Description

Overview

The Allungami extending dining table is a Ligne Roset dining table credited to Metrica. Its base is lacquered steel, offered in black or bronze, and its top is ceramic stoneware, 3 mm thick, bonded to a 16 mm MDF panel.

Construction

The top is made in one piece. Pulled at one end, it unfurls one or two folding extensions that are concealed beneath it. The extension is matched to the top and is continuous with it. Two top finishes are offered: a white marble-effect Calacatta, and a slate-effect surface.

Specifications

1,500 x 995 x 740 mm (W x D x H), closed.

Story

A slate finish with a relief you can feel

The slate-effect top is inspired by the celebrated 'pierre de Savoie', its irregular surface is roughened like stone worked with a traditional dressing chisel. The relief can be felt by touch and plays with the light.

Marble-effect Calacatta, continuous across the extension

The Calacatta top looks like veined marble: soft green and grey veining on an off-white ground. The marbled motif runs without a break across the top and the extension.
