Overview
Academy Outdoor is a 2022 table design by Antonio Citterio for Flexform. Its distinctive feature is the base: sinuous, contoured stainless steel legs with an epoxy powder-coat finish that support the top.
Construction
For code 02A1K0, structure and top are stainless steel with epoxy powder-coat in four embossed colours. Steel screws are used, with thermoplastic tips at the feet.

The base as the design feature
The base is the table's distinctive design feature. Antonio Citterio designed it in 2022, and every component can be recycled.

Tops across the family of tables are stone suited to outdoor settings or wooden slats, carried by the same distinctive base. Code 02A1K0 itself has a stainless steel top in one of four embossed colours.
