Description
Overview
A.B.C. armchair by Antonio Citterio, dated 1996 by Flexform. The sheet draws codes 011B11 (cowhide armrests), 011B01 and the ottoman 011B50.
Construction
Metal structure in six finishes on thermoplastic pads, plywood-and-metal seat and backrest padded with polyurethane foam, patented recliner mechanism, covers that can be lifted off in fabric or leather.

Story
Project references
The four linked project pages place the armchair at One Sydney Harbour, in a Tel Aviv penthouse, in a Shanghai apartment at Poly Opus One and on a Sanlorenzo SL102A yacht. In Sydney it is paired with the Groundpiece sofa, in Tel Aviv with a Lifesteel sofa and Tessa armchairs, and in Shanghai with a Camelot sofa. The Sydney apartment was furnished by the interior designer Van Hebblewhite, and the text says all of its furniture was designed by Antonio Citterio.
