Story

A Meubles TV table, re-edited

Meubles TV manufactured this dining table in 1953, with Italian-style extensions, and it was a huge commercial success.

Edge, veneer and base

The edge merges with the belt of the table and forms a discreet chevron. The veneer is rotary-cut and applied across the width, so the veins run in a fine pattern, and the tubular base is black lacquered. The table combines modern and clean lines.
