Nathalie Dewez lives and works in Brussels. She graduated from the école des Arts Visuels de La Cambre in 2001, and the main focus of her work is lighting design.
Signature Style
Her chandeliers, wall lights and floor lamps combine poetry and rigour. They are light and airy and exploit the potential of the chosen material to the very maximum. Her hallmark is coherent lines displaying essential character.
Notable Works
Among her pieces are Sol-air (a halogen light set on a carbon fibre tube), Lamp06 (a study of how a classic shade is structured) and the Prism ceiling light, whose frame is three-dimensional. Car light is listed among her creations at Ligne Roset.
Legacy
