Background
Design center is the credit Flexform's product pages print where other products name a designer: a page header gives the year, "Designer" and "Design center" (Victor: 1984), and technical sheets carry headings such as "VICTOR | DESIGN CENTER | 1984". Flexform's news pages call it the company's Design Center and the Flexform Design Center. It is the company's own design department, not an individual, and Flexform's pages say little about its staff or history.
Signature Style
The news pages describe its work on Flexform's showrooms. The Design Center curated the displays in London, Munich, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Tokyo, Geneva and Beijing, and in London and New York the display mirrors the corporate showroom in Meda. The materials named are travertine floors and walls, dark-wood or wood-slat ceilings, stoneware and, in New York, marble dividing walls and a "winter garden".

The Beijing showroom, curated by the Design Center, is called the first display space in China to adopt the aesthetic concept of Flexform's Milan flagship store, whose design project is by ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
