Collection Story
Origin
Sled is a Rodolfo Dordoni family for Cassina, dated 2012 on the L40 Sled page and on sheet 428 of the Cassina Living section. The sheet groups a writing desk and two bedside tables under one name, and describes the desk as suited to both the bedroom and the living area.
Design Language
Only one finish is shown, oak stained black, and the structure lists name matt black lacquer. The desk has tubular metal legs, a shaped top that is offered left or right and a two-drawer chest; the bedside tables use matt black lacquered MDF with oak plywood surfaces.
