起源
Plasticsは、Piero LissoniがデザインしたKartellの張り地付きコレクションです。ライブラリにあるデータシートのページはPlastics Outdoorと見出しが付けられ、デザイナーとしてLissoniの名が記されています。Kartellのページでは、Liberty版をPlasticsソファとTrixプーフの新たな表情として紹介しており、屋外用に特別に製作された生地が採用されています。
デザインの特徴
このシートでは、コードで識別される独立したユニットとプーフでコレクションを構成しています。カバーの下のパディングには新たに柔らかくしたポリウレタンフォームが使われ、カバーは取り外せます。標準カバーにはNew Dyed Fiberのアウトドア用生地を使用し、Liberty版カバーにはTamba、Obi Check、Artemisを使用しています。
