출처
포울 케예르홀름(Poul Kjærholm)은 1955년부터 생을 마칠 때까지 제조사 Ejvind Kold Christensen과 협업했습니다. 디자이너 사후 2년이 지나, 케예르홀름 유산 관리위원회는 The Kjærholm Collection의 생산과 판매를 Fritz Hansen에 맡겼으며, Fritz Hansen은 현재도 이 컬렉션을 전 세계에 생산·유통하고 있습니다.
디자인 철학
케예르홀름은 스스로를 **가구 건축가(furniture architect)**라고 불렀습니다. 숙련된 목공 출신인 그는 스틸을 주재료로 선택하고, 가죽, wicker(등나무 세공), 대리석, 목재와 결합했습니다. 그는 이렇게 말했습니다. "나의 개성보다 재료의 특성을 드러내고 싶다."
