Collection Story
Origin
Fredericia's Ditzel Lounge Chair collection page lists two products by Nanna Ditzel: the Ditzel Lounge Chair (model 2632) and the Ditzel Lounge Sheepskin (model 2631). Both fact sheets carry the line Designed By Nanna Ditzel, 1953, and the introduction names Jørgen Ditzel alongside her.
Design Language
The sheets describe a lounge chair without loose cushions, with a body moulded in foam over a steel frame and legs of solid wood mounted with metal thread. The cover is non-removable on both models.
