Collection Story
Origin
Connect Soft is the softer sibling of Muuto's Connect, designed by Anderssen & Voll. Muuto describes it as merging geometric proportions with deeply inviting comfort, "a balance of structure and softness". Anderssen & Voll call it "a seating system, rooted in the idea of uncovering the perfect proportional connections of a sofa."
Design Language
The designers gave Connect Soft a deep, low seat, loose upholstery and an inherently soft filling, which they say makes it at once elegant and contemporary. Muuto's family page calls it an ultra soft seat that adds deep, inviting comfort to the elegance and versatility of the modular design, and says flexible angles allow playful arrangements.
