Collection Story
Origin
Carrie is Audo Copenhagen's collection of portable lamps designed by Norm Architects. The collection has two pieces, the Carrie Table Lamp, Portable and the Carrie Table Lamp, Portable, Leather Handle. The Portable model has a design year of 2016.
Design Language
The Carrie lamp is meant to embody minimalism, innovation, love of light and the indefinable "hygge", and its portability and diffuse glow make it useful for both indoor and outdoor lighting. A carry handle arches over an opal glass globe set in a round base, and the lamp is cordless, with a concealed USB charger at the base and three light settings.
