Collection Story
Origin
Bonnie goes back to models 500 and 500/2, a design dated 1975. Ligne Roset reissued the seating from a genuine collector's piece, among the very few rare examples that exist, and credits Pierre Paulin as designer.
Design Language
The shape hugs the body's contours, and the seating is extremely comfortable and also clever, without being too clever. Construction pairs a shell of steel wire and steel mesh (particleboard and multi-ply for the footstool) with Bultex foam, quilted covers and an MDF base lacquered matt black.
