Overview
The Still Café Table by Iskos-Berlin is defined by a four-legged base and angled tabletop edges. The selected round configuration is Ø65 × H73 cm.
Construction
Its MDF top has a linoleum or nanolaminate finish with lacquered edges. The die-cast aluminium base contains at least 90% recycled material, while its mounting plate and tube are powder-coated steel.
Specifications
Muuto lists round and rectangular tops in 73, 95 and 105 cm heights. The taller versions are also presented for hot-desk use.
Histoire
Apparent function
Iskos-Berlin told Muuto that the intention was a table whose function is immediately legible without adding visual noise. The official story connects that aim to the four-legged construction and angled tabletop edge named on the product page.
Continuity with seating
The designers describe the table as a continuation of the Fiber Chair series. Its die-cast aluminium base carries a related formal language, allowing the table to extend an existing chair architecture rather than introduce an unrelated gesture.
