Soft Work 由 Edward Barber 与 Jay Osgerby 于 2018 年设计，将办公活动从传统书桌转向一个软包模块化的座椅景观。座椅、桌面、电源接口与屏风在同一系统中有机结合。

故事
以座椅为核心的工作方式
Barber 与 Osgerby 设计 Soft Work 的出发点在于：移动技术让工作不再局限于固定书桌。Vitra 将桌面与电源连接围绕沙发布置，而不是把沙发放在以书桌为中心的办公室边缘。
可随群组变化的系统
模块化结构可支持独自工作、团队协作以及带隔断的专注区域。弧形单元、平台与可移动台面让布局能够随空间灵活调整。
