Overview
The Pyramid 01 is HAY's 140 cm desk in Wim Rietveld's Pyramid family. Its rectangular solid-oak top is carried by a cutout steel-sheet base.
Variants
The saved page lists 65 cm and 75 cm depths, two powder-coated base colours and lacquered or smoked-oiled oak tops. The length remains 140 cm throughout.

Histoire
A desk within the Pyramid family
Pyramid 01 gives the collection a rectangular work surface. HAY presents the design as functional, light and strong, and offers this model at one length with two depths.

The product description places the original work in the 1950s, while HAY's designer text dates the Pyramid tables and chairs to 1960. The record therefore leaves the product year unresolved rather than choosing one statement.
