结构
六块2英寸厚的泡沫坐垫采用MCL皮革包覆，另配两块可拆卸坐垫，置于尼龙织物吊带之上，并由压铸铝框架与底座支撑，表面采用耐刮擦静电喷涂工艺。

故事
为比利·怀尔德而生的沙发
Herman Miller的设计故事页面提到，比利·怀尔德发现自己可以在由木马架起的木板上小憩，于是请他的朋友查尔斯·伊姆斯与蕾·伊姆斯为他设计一款狭长的办公沙发。伊姆斯夫妇于1968年推出这款躺椅，并将第一把赠予了怀尔德。
